Osaka Oaks GK (Gōdō Kaisha) was founded on the principle of bridging critical gaps in a rapidly globalizing world. The company was established as a Japanese LLC by two co-founders with diverse and complementary expertise: Jarrel Spiller, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in cybersecurity and government IT, and Aaron Satterlee, a seasoned educator and data analyst with a deep connection to Japan.

M. Jarrel Spiller, Owner & CEO/CTO
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and government IT systems. Jarrel’s background includes working with U.S. and Japanese defense forces, bringing a specialized level of security and operational excellence to our IT consulting services. His expertise is backed by a Top Secret security clearance, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of security and compliance. He is the technical visionary and strategic leader behind our cybersecurity and IT offerings.
